We recommend that you wear your shoes around on a carpeted area for a while to insure proper fit before considering a return.
· All returns require pre-authorization by Steamboat Shoes (See Store Hours Below).
· Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
· You must notify us within 30 days from the order date if you believe a merchandise return is necessary. After 30 days, all sales are final!
· All footwear must be returned in the original box with proof of purchase.
When the merchandise is returned as stated in our RETURN POLICY section, we will:
· Issue a full credit of the purchase price to your credit card within 24 hours of the merchandise being received in our store.
NOTE: When ordering Dansko Bargain Bin sale Items, they can be returned for store credit only.
· After placing your online shoe order, a confirmation notice will immediately be sent to you.
· In the event an ordered item is unavailable for shipping, you will receive further communication within 24 hours for orders placed Monday thru Friday, and within 48 hours for orders placed on weekends, that will provide you with purchase/refund options.
· All customer inquiries and/or requests for customer service will be processed within 24 hours Monday thru Friday, and 48 hours on weekends.
